What are the best websites for amateur photographers?

I'm looking for sites that would be helpful for amateur photographers to learn about the various topics/methods related to the subject. It can be in the form of guides, tutorials or forums and where you could display your work and would be open to reviews from the pros. I already have come across a few like digital photography school, cambridge in colour etc. Would be great if you were kind enough to share the links to those sites! Thanks.
