Good books on digital photography?

My 13 y/o son has become interested in photography. I am looking for good teaching books. He will be using a Sony Cybershot DCS H2 and a Canon EOS Rebel- both digital.

Well I'm studing graphic design and I learn a lot about photography from a book call THE DIGITAL PHOTOGRAPHY BOOK by Scott Kelby is only 13.59 dollars and what you learn from it is just amazing.

Best Book to buy for digital photography?

I am looking to buy a book or books for my Dads birthday. He has brought a new digital camera (Olympus E410 and Lens Digital SLR Camera). He knows how to use a digital camera, but wants to get more out of it.
Anyone know any good books?

I have a Cannon eos 400d and have been doing semi professional photography for several years now and i find the best 3 books i ever bought were Digital Photographers Handbook by Tom Ang published by DK the complete Kodak book of photography and John Hedgecoe's new manual of Photography published by weidenfeld and nicolson of London
