which digital SLR camera is best?

hi, recently (well about a year ago) i started getting into photography. it's nothing serious really, just taking a few snaps now and again when i see something worth taking.
i started thinking about taking an A-Level (degree) in photograph now that i am 16 years old and contemplating a career in photography.
i was reading a book about cameras but im not sure about which one to get. i need one that is quite cheap but good quality where the additional lenses are reasonably priced. where is the best place to get one and which camera is best for me?

Let me guess, you take pictures of trees, random flowers, and buildings right? You turn a picture black and white and its art? Just grab yourself a Kodak disposable and save your self the money and heartbreak.
