Are there any good sites for photography? Does anyone have any tips on how to make a great photo?

I am on a budget and want a good camera to take really good photos (like in Popular Photography magazine). Someone suggested Kodak Z710. Is that a good camera? And does anyone have any tips on how to shoot a really great photo?

As for the photography sites, i am not so sure one exists...... If you find one let me know.

As for your camera, I am partial to Nikon. However, i have found that i can take a good photo with just about any camera. Whatever you are using, simply take LOTS of pictures with it. Learn everything you can about it, and what it's limitations are.

I used to think i had to have a Hassy or Mamiya to take good photos. But in reality, it is all up to the person operating the camera, and knowing about your camera.

The Kodak Z710, is a good camera. I would only state that whatever you end up with, you should use for a long time, so make sure you LIKE it and you are comfortable with it. Personally, i like changing lenses. If you are like me, make sure your camera has that feature, and that lenses are available for that camera........
