Can you recommend me a good camera not too much over £100, easy to carry + good pics?

I'm looking for a digital camera. Preferably rechargeable. I'd like to be able to slip it in my pocket, and want it to load up quickly when turned on. I want good pictures, so about 10 megapixels? And not blurry pictures.

Just a decent, all round, practical camera - not professional, but good pics. I've had no training in photography, but i'm not awful :)
