The local college said I need a digital 35mm slr for their photography courses, will my nikon d80 qualitfy?
It's a intro to digital photography course.
The d80 will be fine.
The college can't expect students to afford a full frame digital camera, and besides theres nothing that you can be taught on a full frame camera that you can't be taught on a consumer camera such as the d80. It'll be fine.
