how can i make my digital camera take black and white photos and a certain color?

i got a new camera its a nikon coolpix L11 and it's pretty good i want to take a photo that only shows the color red and everything else black and white

Ok get the photo up in photoshop then make two layers with the photo. Go into effects and turn the top layer black and white. Then delete the places you want red with the selection tool so you can see colour in the areas you want. Then go into hue and saturation on the area and make the colour red. Then try and gradient them from red to black and white by making a new layer and creating a custom gradient. By the way the photoshop version has to be cs3 and extended helps you can get this from keygen.
