Can Irfanview be used to make a digital collage?
I need to make a multi-digital collage, using a digital photo, clip art, scanned picture etc.. Can this be done with Irfanview? Any tips?

you should be able to find an answer there. They have a good Tech Staff but I wouldn't use that for a collage... Give Microsoft Power point a try, its imaging tools is useful and you dont have to commit to pictures (you can slide them around or format/delete them) then just select all and copy and paste... you'd be surprised
Of course an imaging software would be the best but obiously you are not using that.
