Wonder share refund for Video converter Ultimate.they won't give me a refund when it's not working?

.....had it just under the 30 days,it's expensive software and haven't yet managed to rip one DVD that is watchable. It's just jumping all the time and takes 10 hours to rip on top of it. Also the on-line video doesn't work at all. I've tried technical help desk but they ae useless and just keep throwing back the guide at me which I already photo copied fom day one. I am now wanting a refund as it has no use what-so-ever but they said they wouldn't refund it. What is my next step please,this has really pi$$ed me off!

I would write to them and tell them that the product they sold you is 'not fit for purpose', write to the top man in the company and if you can find the companies mission statement to quote. If that fails come back on here and name and shame the company. Good luck.

Is this girl pretty or not?

This is my friend holding MY cat (yes--I know my kitty is gorgeous.lol)
She has braces, so I duped with the photo editing software a little to see if I could take the braces off. IT WORKED! Anyways, that's why her teeth look so funny. lol. She has those "scars" on the top of her teeth but the rest is caused by me and photo software.
She has very minimal makeup on in the pic. According to her-- "tinted moisturizer, eyeliner, mascara and pressed powder". lol.
What do you think? Scale of 1-10. One being fugly, 10 being gorgeous. She's 17, btw.

Ok...Now she's asking me ask if y'all think her scars are quote "really bad". LOL

8 beautiful eyes, and nice hair color thou need to use some kind of face powder or cream so all the scars will not be visable.
