Creative Wedding Photography—6-Tips to Ensure You Get the Photography Coverage You Need

Digital photography accounts for a multi-billion dollar business throughout the world—and for good reasons.  Over the last 7-8 years we have seem remarkable increases in digital quality—to the point where photographic film is becoming a thing of the past.

Today many professional photographers offer digital wedding coverage exclusively—and if not—why not? In my case I was reluctant to adopt digital as the basis for my wedding photography business because I didn't see the technology improving. But it has!

Little by little my photography business has made to move to all digital images. It seems like it's been over five years since I bought photographic film.

And my "Studio Without Walls" is even in the process of no longer creating the traditional bridal album that includes 24-36 8x10 color prints in a leather album. We now offer leather-bound books that can include anywhere from 60 to 150 pages. Each page in one of our wedding books accommodates an *x10 high resolution print or four smaller 4x5 prints.

During the wedding planning process it is important that you checkout a number of photographers and compare their offerings. Here are some tips on what to look for based on what kinds of wedding packages our Brandywine Photographers business offers. These specific ideas have resulted in a 100% average of people coming to us and then booking their wedding.

  1. All of our plans offer a specific minimum number of images created. This varies—depending on package size—from 150 to 400. During the past year our most popular plan ended up with our taking an average of 600 images.

  2. Most of our weddings call for a minimum of two photographers, but more often than not we use three. Our cameras are professional grade with a resolution of up to 15 megapixels and we carry backup batteries and memory cards for each camera. We also use "dedicated" flash attachments.

  3. Regardless of package size and cost, each plan has a provision for our putting up ALL useable images up on a professional website that charges us an annual hosting fee. This hosting plan also includes a direct method for our clients to order pro-quality color prints in various sizes from a nationally known processing lab. And the cost per print is extremely reasonable. Each image is manually color-corrected before processing. And the quality is extraordinary!

  4. Because we produce high quality, high resolution photos, most of our completed weddings are anywhere from 2-4 gigabytes for the combined usable images, we supply each bride with a DVD containing these images. Additional DVDs are available at a moderate cost.

  5. We employ photo management software that allows us to renumber all of the images and change the image resolution to 300 ppi (pixels per inch) all with a few mouse clicks.

  6. We are restructuring our wedding plans to eliminate the "traditional bridal album" of 24-36 8x10 photographic prints. In its place we now offer a leather-bound, hardcover book. These books are far less expensive than our formal bridal albums and all of those we have produced so far include up to 120 pages—each page can contain either an 8x10 photo or four-4x5 photos per page. The books that we have ordered so far show remarkable quality—on a level with some high quality magazines and coffee table picture books .These books allow us to be competitive with our wedding packages and customer satisfaction is high.

Hopefully these tips will help you over the hurdle of finding a top-notch photographer. But planning a wedding is a complex project with many details that need to be worked out. We strongly recommend a wedding planning book authored by a couple who planned their dream wedding and accomplished it on a very tight budget. If saving costs is one of your goals, this book will be of tremendous help. And you can even download a free wedding planning guide. Visit My Website Here!

Why You Need An Expert Hand To Draw A Photography Logo Design?

If you really want to sound serious in your photography business then you need to create a seriously drawn corporate identity in the form of a logo design. You have to seek professionalism when you really want to give a boost to your business. A carefully designed brand mark identity helps in building a better professional image.

Same goes with photography logo design which has done exceptionally well in projecting a positive image of a lens man. This business is of serious nature yet involves a lot of glitz and glamour in it; therefore, lots of people are attracted towards this business as well. This has lead to a severe competition in this field which has also lead to a need to promote their company to their target audience.

This is why; there are so many brand marks rolling in the market associated with this business particularly out of which some miserably fails while some gets a good exposure. There might be many reasons for the failure such as carelessly designed brand mark with the help of logo design software that are almost free etc.

As mentioned earlier, there could be thousands of reason for the failure but there is only one solution to this problem and that is to get your corporate identity with the help of a professional graphic designer or service. This only solution can bring in loads of benefits to your company whether it is a huge firm or a small business. We have planned to highlight some of the most immediate benefits for you so that you can understand the difference between an amateur and a pro.

Following are those advantages:

1 You are a photographer and you are adept at it. If you are asked to fix the ceiling fan then how would you be able to do that because you are not trained for it? Therefore, a graphic designer is a trained worker who knows his work very well and so he will deliver you with a logo design you want for your company

2 You might end up only on a colorful representation if you will try your hands over the designing but obviously it would not look professional at all cost. By this we mean to say that there is always a significant difference between a professional and an amateur style of designing which will be reflected through your corporate identity as well.

3 They know what is going in the market. The way the fashion clothes change with time, photography logo designs changes with time as well. They are working in a graphic design industry where they are faced with a new trend every day. On the other hand, you are not in this industry so you will not be able to identify what is in and what is out?

Hence, there are thousands of other reasons why you should go for a professional graphic design service to get your brand mark identity but the above told are the most eminent reasons which should be gone through by you.
