What is the best photo retouching software?
A software that retouches photos, resizes a persons features, stuff like what professional photographers do with models and stuff, but of course cheaper. I'm talking $300 max
GIMP its free and has many of the same features as Photoshop.
It can do all of that but you just need to know how to use it and its features.
Professional photo software for the price of a dinner out!
