Which is the best photo editing software and how much? Also one that adds colour to a black & white photo.?
I want to buy a software for photo editing that will allow me to edit wrinkles, blemishes, colour enhancement on the photo. I want a package that is value for money and that is easy to edit and not very time consuming. As well as taking a black and white photo and adding one colour - example the rose to be red the rest of the photo remains black and white. I live in Australia.
You asked for the best, well, Adobe PhotoShop is the best, and it's pricey, also you will need some tutoring.
I suggest you try Adobe Elements 2. It edits a photo quite effectively and the price is not too bad. There are plenty of free ones out there but not anywhere near the quality of PhotoShop.
