does anyone know any links to a free photo shop software where i can do decorations to pics, make collages and designs wit pics? i want to do crazy things with pictures to use for projects and memories. can u please help out? i want it to have alot of stuff i can use on the software, can u please not give me the free trial ones, i want the ones i can use forever. thank you
You want a full out photoshop like program.... which is what you are asking for, so don't be all like I don't know how to use this blah blah blah because you probably will not
