photo impression 5 software?
every time I try to open the software on my computer I get an error message that says: theis error includes information regading the condition of Photoimpression when the problem occurred. the operating system version & computer hardware in use your digital product ID, which could be used to identify your license. etc .
So I can never open it anymore which worked great for 4 years before this. How do I fix it. The company doesn't have a clue and neither does Microsoft. Help !!!!
try re-installing the program.
