It has more than any other photo editing software by far. It also has a few photo enhancement features, automation features, Web graphics capabilities, and great choices of other tools you will not find anywhere else.
If the program is very simple to use but cannot create what is needed, then you just wasted both your time and money. Once you get more adept at editing photos with the software you choose, you can always switch to more advanced software. Just be prepared for another learning curve.
