I am looking for photo/picture editing free software that can cut out my mam photo excluding other elements.?
I am looking for a free downloadable photo/picture editing software which is capable of cutting out my mam's photo/picture from the old family picture and integrate with mine without cutting the background elements from the old photo. What I want is only her picture element. I need to have apicture with my mam as if we have the picture together. Please help me because I love my mam.
