Where do professional photographers get their digital photographs printed?
I took some really good pictures, but I want them printed extremely well. Does anyone know of a professional printing service online? Don't bother answering with Kodak.com (their pictures turn out less than great all the time...)
If you can't find a local lab where you can get personal service and look them in the eye when things are not to your liking, try Miller's at http://www.mpix.com.

First of all, be sure that you are sending an image in exactly the size and format that you want. Do not send an image with a 4:3 ratio and expect to get a 4x6 print, which is a 3:2 ratio, without cropping. See http://www.flickr.com/photos/samfeinstein/923587227/
for my detailed tutorial on this subject.
If you are sending the right format, I have used Flickr, Shutterfly, Snapfish and others with no problems with regard to cropping whatsoever.
For very reliable, professional work, I trust Miller's Mpix.com. http://www.mpix.com. They have quite a variety of print sizes available that would allow you to get a suitable enlargement from almost any image format.
They will mount your print on matboard and they will ship a framed print (glass is NOT included due to risk of breakage), but I do not see matting (with a border) listed.
The only thing that I have a problem with is that they offer three different kinds of papers, which is a good thing, but you can NOT mix papers in the same order. This might cause you to pay two different shipping charges if you need a mixed order right away.
