How do you uncrop a croppped picture.?
I do alot of photoshop and do my own photography and editing. One of my friends sent me 2 pictures she wants retouched, all in a jpg format. The thing is, she cropped one of the pictures incorrectly and is missing half of her whole picture. She did the editing with the native software that came with her digital camera so I have no photoshop file. Is there a way to recover the cropped image fragments.
Reason being, I am using ExifPro to see light, shutter speed, and other info about my raw pictures and in the image preview I have the missing fragments not shown but say they exist. The image in question is 300 pixels in with but the image preview shows it to be 400 pixels in width.
ANy ideas?
more details. I did not crop the picture. My friend cropped it and saved the image as a jpg over the original. She sent it to me and said here fix it.
there is a way
you need the camera / card that took the picture if the card has not been used to much since ,you might be able to get the origonal back .using a small free program called drive rescue
the will then scan the said media and retrieve all the pictures from it it does work I use it all the time as my friends have a habit of deleting the card instead of tranfering to there system
