I am looking for a great photo editing software for a begginer photographer?
I would recommend Adobe Photoshop Elements. It's a stripped-down version of Photoshop (which is the industry standard when it comes to working with images). If you want to take your photography to the next level, there's no avoiding learning Photoshop so Elements is a good place to start, IMO.
Elements using the same basic structure as Photoshop, so if you want to eventually move up to the next level, you'll be well-versed. Meanwhile, you can do all the basic necessities (cropping, resizing, minor adjustments, etc.) using Elements.
As a professional shooter, I'm partial towards photoshop, but here are a list of other editing programs:

See if you can find someone you know who actually has Photoshop, Elements or any of the other programs and who can perhaps let you try them out. It's best to have hands-on exposure to the software. Good luck!
