How to "express myself in one photo"?
For my digital photography class at the community college my assignment is to express myself in one photo, i am having a hard time with this. I am a 19 year old stay at home mom (I take all my classes online) and my baby girl is 13 weeks old. I'm engaged and getting married this August. I live in a little town in Northern Minnesota. I love to shop, and I love to hang out with my family. What could I take a picture of to express all that??
Thanks for any help
But i have to take the photo, and I don't think I'd be able to take a photo myself of my daughter and I together.
I don't think it is necessary to express EVERYTHING about you in one photo.
You have a new baby, so without a doubt, THAT is the single most important part of your life at this stage.
It is such a big deal, I'd totally concentrate on the mother/baby aspect for now, and what a wonderfully easy subject that is!!!!!!
As an extra bonus to doing this assignment, you'll end up with some nice photos of the two (or three) of you.
ETA: you kept your camera model a secret, but most cameras have a self timer. Now all you need is a tripod or a flat surface and a little bean bag, and BINGO - a photo of all of you together, taken by YOU.
