okay this is my brief for my exam
' 'Fantastic forms' Fantastic forms can be seen in many works of art. The flemish artist Hieronymous Bosch created highly imaginative paintings. Kevin wilson uses digital photography to create surreal envirnoments and niki de saint phalle built enormous tarot garden is tuscany creating fantastic gigantic characters
Research apprpriate sources and make your own response to one of the following:
a) Metamorphosis
b) memories
c) story telling "
Anyway back to my idea, i was thinking to tell the story of the ugly duckling OR show the metamorphosis of it by drawing a ugly duckling standing infront of a mirror and in the mirror instead of the ugly duckling, in the reflection it sees a beautiful swan
is this a appropriate idea for the brief? and opinions? thanks xx
Very good brief. I like the mirror image. Consider a series of mirror images like mirrors reflecting mirrors with different artists styles of the swan.
