How can I use an alternative photograph on an eBay listing?
I'm having trouble uploading a photo onto my eBay listing (it does not recognise any photograph I try to put on) so is there any way I can make a webpage with just a photograph and include this URL on the listing somehow? I've managed to stick a photo on another listing only a few days ago - please help...
Any other suggestions greatly appreciated.
Firstly, upload your photo to a site like http://www.photobucket.com . Check the box under the photo to select it and then click the 'Generate HTML and IMG code' link at the bottom of the screen.
This will take you to a page with lots of HTML etc so copy the text in the box which says 'HTML images for Ebay, Livejournal, MySpace, etc.'.
Now all you have to do is paste that text into your eBay description. Make sure when you do this that you're in the HTML view of the description, not the Standard one (there are tabs at the top of the box for typing your description).
